Baltic Urban Lab eUpdates & news

Personal information provided by the subscribers is used as a database for sending eUpdate and news about the Baltic Urban Lab project activities. Personal information for disseminating Baltic Urban Lab eUpdate is collected in the forms of name, surname and email address. Collection and storage of personal information is organized by the Baltic Urban Lab Lead Partner UBC Sustainable Cities Commission (Privacy Policy available here). Register details are kept confidential and not shared with third parties.

The eUpdates are stored on both Mailchimp and Baltic Urban Lab website and disseminated via MailChimp (Privacy Policy available here). The database for sending the Baltic Urban Lab eUpdate will be deleted by 2030.

Baltic Urban Lab events

The Baltic Urban Lab project has several events organized throughout the project implementation, they are co-organized by the Baltic Urban Lab Lead Partner UBC Sustainable Cities Commission. To ensure smooth event organization and management, personal data is collected including name, surname, organization, profession, country, e-mail address, phone number as well as dietary requirements. Moreover, other data can be collected in the forms of photographs, presentations, video recordings, live web streaming. They can be published in the context of promotion and communication of the Baltic Urban Lab-related activities on the websites, social media channels, newsletters or bulletins of the Baltic Urban Lab project partners.

Please note that for the full video/audio recordings of the expert presentations during project workshops and webinars, presenters are contacted directly with the publishing agreement to sign.

Baltic Urban Lab project uses registration forms built in its website to collect personal information for organization of the project events. Register details are kept confidential and not shared with third parties.
