Transparency and user-friendliness of the Tallinn Planning Register

Tallinn Urban Planning Department carried out a survey about Tallinn Planning Register user experience.  Planning Register  is a transparent online tool for both city planners and citizens. City general and detail plans are available for the public in that Register.

Survey results give a valuable insight into how wider public estimate our register system as an involvement tool and what are development needs and  mobile app design. Planning Register mobile app will be a new involvement tool tested within Baltic Urban Lab project in Tallinn.

During the survey period May 9th-31st 2016, in total 212 people replied to the online questionnaire.
